Background

The Miller Strategic Group (TMSG) LLC was founded in January 2012 by G. Michael Miller.  Mr. Miller brings almost 34 years of experience with the federal government as an acquisition professional.  As a Senior Procurement Official, Mr. Miller received numerous awards for contracting with small businesses, including Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses.

Philosophy

Small business is the driving force of the US economy — creating over 65% of America’s jobs.  Despite this, many small businesses suffer a lack of resources making the prospect of getting a federal contract feel overwhelming and frustrating.

The Miller Strategic Group brings a wide variety of experience and resources to help you break in to the federal marketplace.

  • Networking: By helping you identify and reach out to prospective end users and procurement officials, we can help support your efforts to grow your federal customer base.

  • Federal Acquisition Regulations: Just as important as building your federal customer base is understanding all of the regulations and policies put in place to protect you.  It can be challenging to learn how the FAR works, the difference between pre-award & post-award requirements, how small busines set-asides impact you, and what the sources of supply are.  TMSG’s team of experts is here to help you learn about these issues and more.

  • Data Mining: Information, access, and data are powerful tools that should be a part of every federal contractor’s arsenal.  TMSG specializes in mining the expansive federal acquisition databases to help you gain the competitive advantage you need to be successful as a federal contractor.
